❄️WINTER BALL

Join us for the Argo Winter Ball!

This is a fun event for the whole family. Children must be accompanied by parents or adults. (Please do not drop off kids.)

Friday, 2/7, 5-8 pm

  • 5:00–6:30 PM - Enjoy free food, crafts, music, photo booth, Girls on the Run booth, and bid on auction items.
  • 6:30–7:30 PM - Entertainment and dancing!
  • 7:30–8:00 PM - Celebrate the auction winners and keep the fun going!

Thank you to the staff and families who have contributed to the auction! As of now, we will have 14 amazing experiences to bid on, everything from learning to raise chickens in your backyard to a private Makerspace session with the glowforge machine! Keep those gifts of talent coming, Argo Bears! The auction will be a fun way to connect with our school and support our students. To donate, please fill out this form.

🍽️  ARGO DINES OUT - Ikes Sandwiches

Friday, 2/14, join the Argo PTA at Ike’s Sandwiches at Westgate West to eat, connect, and make a difference! 20% of the proceeds will come back directly to Argo PTA.

YEARBOOK PHOTOS

Get those photos uploaded to ensure your child is included in the yearbook!  The deadline to upload photos is Sunday, 2/16.  Upload classroom photos here, and PTA event photos here.

👟 GIRLS ON THE RUN

Limited spots remain to join Argo Girls on the Run in Spring 2025! Secure your spot by heading to the PTA website for more information, including the registration link. Interested in being a coach? Email us at girlsontherun@argonautpta.org

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🤚

Argonaut PTA needs a minimum of four PTA members to participate in this year's Nominating Committee. Your participation directly influences next year's Argonaut PTA (2025-2026) leadership team by identifying, evaluating, and selecting passionate people to further enrich our community. This opportunity requires less than 15 hours of your time from February through April, and can meet in person and/or remotely. The Nominating Committee needs to be selected by Friday, 2/7/2025. FUNDRAISING UPDATE

We’ve reached 70% of our annual fundraising goal! Your tax-deductible $195 per student Just Do It donation funds programs and events. Donate here, then 2x or 3x your donation with company match!

🤔DID YOU KNOW…

… our PTA budget has funds allocated for TWO more cultural awareness and educational events? (Like what we did for Diwali and Lunar New Year). Enthusiastic about math? Maybe we should do something for Pi Day (3/14). Excited about Science and Science Fiction? What about doing something fun for May the 4th? Email info@argonautpta.org if you are interested in planning some low-key educational fun… the Argo way.

SARATOGA EDUCATION FOUNDATION (SEF)

There is still time to donate to SEF! Together, we can make a lasting impact on our students and the community. Please consider contributing so that we can reach our goal of raising $500,000. Review our latest newsletter to learn more about the budget and the programs that SEF plans to support. 

SAVE THE DATE: SEF is hosting a donor appreciation event on Saturday, 4/26 afternoon at the beautiful House Family Vineyard. Donors who contribute by Tuesday, 4/15 will receive an invitation and additional information about the Donor Appreciation Event. We hope to see you there!
