❄️WINTER BALL - THEME ANNOUNCED 🥳

The theme for this year’s Winter Ball is 

❤️SHOW ❤️YOUR ❤️LOVE ❤️

And this year, we need you to show your love for our community with gifts of time and talent to raise money in our silent auction. Party goers will have the chance to bid on things like Principal for a Day or Swim lessons with Chris Co throughout the event. It will be a fun way to get to know each other and support our school! To donate, fill out this form.

📚🎁 BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB 🥳

The December and January Birthday Book Club Celebration is scheduled for Thursday, 1/23!  Check your email for the invitation. Head to Birthday Book Club to find out more and signup to volunteer.

🍽️  ARGO DINES OUT

Thursday, 1/23 join the Argo PTA at Panda Express at El Paseo to eat, connect, and make a difference! 20% of the proceeds will come back directly to Argo PTA.

LUNAR NEW YEAR ASSEMBLY

This Friday, 1/24 the Lunar New Year committee will do a special cultural presentation at the school assembly. Dress in your festive Lunar New Year clothing if you have them! There will be activities led by parent volunteers at school during recess and a photo backdrop for students and families to take pictures.

🎤 ARGO VARIETY SHOW 🎭 - Music submission deadline

If you need background music for the performance, the music submission deadline is Friday, 1/24. Please submit your music here.

👟 GIRLS ON THE RUN - Registration is open!

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED… 🤚

We have started putting together our Argo PTA Board for 2025-26! Visit the PTA Website to find out what the jobs entail and email nominations@argonautpta.org to nominate someone (or yourself) for a position. 

PTA FUNDRAISING

Speaking of donations, we’ve reached 70% of our annual fundraising goal! Your tax-deductible $195 per student Just Do It donation funds programs and events. Donate here, then 2x or 3x your donation with company match!

🤔 DID YOU KNOW…

PTA funds brought brand new Kinderlab Kibo robots to our school’s Makerspace? Ask a second grader about the bowling challenge that they did recently. Or better yet, volunteer in your student’s makerspace class and see them in action for yourself!

Last week, we did a bowling challenge and by the end of the class, we had the entire classroom watching and cheering together! The students’ smiles and enthusiasm speak volumes about the impact of your contribution.

SHS Theatre Auditions

Argonaut students can be part of the SHS "The Little Mermaid" production with a no prep, no stress audition:  Friday, 1/24 from 3:30-5 pm.  Click here to get more information and fill out the interest form. 

Saratoga Education Foundation

There is still time to donate to the Saratoga Education Foundation (SEF). Together, we can make a lasting impact on our students and the community. Please consider contributing so that we can reach our goal of raising $500,000. Review our latest newsletter to learn more about the budget and the programs that SEF plans to support.

SAVE THE DATE: SEF is hosting a donor appreciation event on Saturday, 4/26 afternoon at the beautiful House Family Vineyard. Donors who contribute by 4/15 will receive an invitation and additional information about the Donor Appreciation Event. We hope to see you there!
