SPIRIT WEAR SALE TODAY

Wednesday 12/11, 12:15 PM - 12:45 PM is another chance for you to buy Argo Spirit wear! Look for tables set up outside the MPR facing the pick up point. Contactless payments will be accepted.

🎶MUSICAL - ALICE IN WONDERLAND 🎶

Thursday 12/12-Saturday 12/14: Fall down the rabbit hole with Alice as she navigates the curious world of Wonderland on a journey of self-discovery.   Purchase performance tickets here for shows on Thursday and Friday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

🎤 ARGO VARIETY SHOW 🎭

The clock is ticking! Registration closes in just 2 days on Friday 12/13. Head to the PTA website for more information, including the registration link and Parent Information Meeting recording.

WE ARE THE WORLD WALKATHON

Ms. Reichmuth's Fourth Grade is raising funds for Heifer International’s Send a Girl to School program. Every $225 raised sends one girl to school, and our goal is to raise $550, enough to send two girls to school which will help families and generations!

• 📅 When: Dec. 17–19, during morning recess
• 📍 Where: Argonaut lower blacktop
• 👟 Who: Room 23 students, parent volunteers, and anyone who wants to join!

Each student will walk 15 laps over three days to raise money for this important cause. A suggested donation of $15 (just $1 per lap) or more will help make education accessible for girls around the world. Donations of any size are welcomed and appreciated. Your support will make a lasting impact!

How to Get Involved:

👟 GIRLS ON THE RUN

Registration is open to join Argo Girls on the Run in Spring 2025!  Space is limited so sign up ASAP to secure your spot.  Head to the PTA website for more information, including the registration link. Interested in being a coach? Email us at girlsontherun@argonautpta.org

❄️ WINTER BALL PLANNING MEETINGS 🪩

The Winter Ball Committee will meet at 3:00 PM in Room 3 on the following dates.

• Thursday, January 9, 2025
• Thursday, January 16, 2025
• Thursday, January 23, 2025
• Thursday, January 30, 2025

Show up to join the planning committee and find out more. Can’t be there in person? No worries, you can sign up to volunteer here, too! Visit the PTA website to stay up-to-date on what’s happening.

• Lunar New Year - 6 spots available on the LNY signup sheet
• Winter Ball -  19 spots available on the Winter Ball signup sheet
• Science Fair - 3 spots available on the Science Fair signup sheet
• PTA Jobs and Committee Needs - Email info@argonautpta.org 
• One volunteer with CPA skills to perform two financial reviews (audits) of PTA financials. The job description and other openings are posted on the PTA Website.
• One volunteer to join the Nominations Committee.
• One volunteer to join the Winter Ball Committee.

We have started putting together our Argo PTA Board for 2025-26! Visit the PTA Website to find out what the jobs entail and email nominations@argonautpta.org to nominate someone (or yourself?) for a position. Let’s make magical moments together!

DID YOU KNOW… 

Our students will get to meet wildlife up close on our own very campus?! The Wild Things special assembly is coming to Argonaut on Friday, January 10 at 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Your Argo PTA donations brought this engaging activity to our campus. If you donated, pat yourself on the back. 

Speaking of donations, we’ve reached 62% of our annual fundraising goal! Your tax-deductible $195 per student Just Do It donation funds programs and events just like the Wild Things special assembly. Donate here, then 2x or 3x your donation with company match!
