π HALLOWEEN PARADE
Join us for the annual Halloween Parade on Thursday, 10/31 @ 10:30 AM on the lower playground blacktop.
πΌπDIA DE LOS MUERTOS
10/31-11/6 Dia De Los Muertos Exhibit in the Argo Library. We encourage everyone to enjoy all the symbols of this Latin American holiday and use it as a teaching tool. There are signs posted all around explaining the symbols and origins of the holiday. All Argobears have added a little piece of their family or artwork to the exhibit. Thank you to Mrs. Tawaratsumida's class, Mrs. Kannberg's class, and parent volunteers for putting this on!
πͺ DIWALI CELEBRATION
A big thank you to all the Argo families and staff who participated and attended our Diwali Celebration! Check out the video here! πποΈ BOOK FAIR
During Conference Week (11/4-11/8), visit the Book Fair in the Argo Library during recess and after dismissal all week! Volunteers needed. Students who wish to purchase items other than books will need to show a permission slip to purchase other items signed by their parent.
π₯ VOTE ON FILM FOR MOVIE NIGHT!
PTA Members: Vote here by Friday 11/01 for the Movie Night film (Friday, 11/15)! Want to vote? Join the PTA! Students are voting on films at school, too. Ratatouille and Minions are neck and neck. Mary Poppins may get left in the dust if her fans don’t speak up soon!
AUTHOR VISIT
Max Brallier, author of The Last Kids on Earth series, will visit Argonaut on Wednesday, 11/13. Order by Thursday 11/7 at https://www.hicklebees.com/max-brallier to get a copy signed by the author!

The stage is set for Friday, 3/14/25! While we welcome solo acts, we HIGHLY encourage group acts. π―π» Head to the PTA website for more information, including details to join the Parent Information Meeting (11/13/24) and registration link (Registration closes 12/13/24.)

π SHS 3rd Annual SMASH Fair
Ready for some post-Halloween fun with your pumpkins? At the 3rd Annual SMASH Fair, get your pumpkins smashed and composted for free in the Saratoga High School Quad on Friday, 11/01, from 3:30-6:30 PM. In addition to three thrilling custom-built pumpkin smashers, you can expect visits from Makers across California, fun science experiments, ice cones, and robot demos for kids. Get ready to whoop and cheer at this STEM-inspired event for all the family – we’ll see you there!

Saratoga 5K Fun Run is coming up on Sunday, November 3rd. Bring your friends and family to our fantastic community event and enjoy the post-race activities, including food trucks, awards, raffles, and a special Kids Dash for children under 5.
