JUST DID IT! KEEP DOING IT!

Perhaps you noticed from the bear thermometer in front of the office that we reached 25% of our annual fundraising goal. What would it take to get to 50% by December, Argonaut? Remember that your Just Do It donation of $195 per student is tax-deductible and funds programs and events on campus. 2x or 3x your donation with company matching!

The Argo PTA is happy to welcome our new SEF Site Representative, Shilpa Gupta! Thank you for stepping up! And thank you also to Catalina, Tiffany, and Wei for signing up to cater lunch for our fabulous teachers for the 11/1 teacher work day!

Winter Ball still needs TWO co-chairs before 11/1, or we may need to cancel it. But let’s not cancel it! We could do a Valentine’s theme!

5TH GRADE PROMOTION PLANNING

Attention all 5th grade families, please join us at the first Promotion Planning meeting on Friday, 9/27, at 12:20 PM in the Argo Library. Feel free to bring your lunch. Your time and support is greatly appreciated in making this event a success for all our 5th grade students.

MUSICAL REGISTRATION

ROBOTICS REGISTRATION

Teams have formed! The challenge sets have arrived. The hard deadline to register is Monday, 9/30. For more information and to register, head to the Robotics page.

ORDER SPIRIT WEAR

Did you miss the last spirit gear deadline? Don't worry! You have another chance to order an Argo t-shirt and/or hoody. The order will be placed the evening of Tuesday, 10/1. Show your Argo spirit! Order spirit wear here.

DIWALI VIDEOS

As part of the Diwali Assembly this year, we will showcase a video compilation of Argo students explaining what Diwali means to them. If you would like your student/s to be part of this presentation, take a video of them explaining what Diwali means to them in 5 words or less or they can simply wish 'Happy Diwali, Argonaut' on the video. Have them dress in their festive best and get together with a group of Argo friends to make it more fun! Upload the video to the Argo PTA Diwali Album by 10/11 so we can add it to the compilation.

ARGO DINES OUT

Our inaugural Argo Dines Out event is coming up. Mark your calendars for Monday, 10/7! Take a break from school and cooking and join the PTA at Panda Express in El Paseo. 20% of the proceeds will be donated back to the Argo PTA. Win-Win!

Saratoga Education Foundation

The Saratoga Education Foundation (SEF) is excited to announce our 3rd annual 5K Fun Run and Kids Dash on Sunday, 11/3. Come out to enjoy a great time with the Saratoga community, family, and friends as we race through beautiful neighborhood streets of Saratoga. Stay for food, games, and raffle prizes. Registration is open and early bird pricing is available until 10/11, so don't wait. Register today! All proceeds from the event benefit enrichment programs for the Saratoga Union School District.
