ARGO HAD A BALL!

From planning to partying, the Argo Winter Ball was a truly memorable community event! Teachers, staff, parents, and students alike contributed to throwing the party and running the auction. Thank you committee chairs, volunteers, and families for ❤️❤️❤️showing your love❤️❤️❤️ !

Friday, 2/14, join the Argo PTA at Ike’s Sandwiches at Westgate West to eat, connect, and make a difference! 30% of the proceeds will come back directly to Argo PTA.

MARATHON REGISTRATION OPENS SATURDAY

CALLING ALL ARGONAUT FAMILIES, STAFF, AND STUDENTS!

Argonaut Virtual Marathon Registration Opens February 15, 2025!

Registration fee is $40 per participant

Visit https://www.argonautpta.org/marathon to register.

Each participant will have the entire month of April to complete the 26.2 miles and win prizes.  

YEARBOOK PHOTOS

Get those photos uploaded to ensure your child is included in the yearbook!  The deadline to upload photos is Sunday, 2/16.  Upload classroom photos here, and PTA event photos here.

📚🎁 BIRTHDAY BOOK CLUB 🥳

The deadline to place an order to join this month is Thursday, 2/20. The February Birthday Book Club Celebration is scheduled for Thursday, 2/27!  Check your email for the invitation. Head to Birthday Book Club to find out more and signup to volunteer.

🧪 SCIENCE FAIR REGISTRATION OPEN 🔬

🚨 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED 🤚

Argonaut PTA needs a minimum of four PTA members to participate in this year's Nominating Committee. Your participation directly influences next year's Argonaut PTA (2025-2026) leadership team by identifying, evaluating, and selecting passionate people to further enrich our community. This opportunity requires less than 15 hours of your time from February through April, and can meet in person and/or remotely. The Nominating Committee needs to be selected by Friday, 2/7. … our PTA budget has funds allocated for TWO more cultural awareness and educational events? (Like what we did for Diwali and Lunar New Year.)

SARATOGA EDUCATION FOUNDATION (SEF)

Key Skills to Thrive in School and Life: Success Beyond Grades 

Get practical skills that you can use with your child! 

Please register here for "Life Navigators: Helping Students Build Foundational Skills for Success in School and Life," presented by Ana Homayoun on Tuesday, February 25th (6:00-8:00 pm), Parent Education event, co-sponsored by the Saratoga PTSO and the Saratoga Education Foundation, to be held at the McAfee Center at Saratoga High School.

There is still time to donate to SEF! Together, we can make a lasting impact on our students and the community. Please consider contributing so that we can reach our goal of raising $500,000. Review our latest newsletter to learn more about the budget and the programs that SEF plans to support. 

SAVE THE DATE: SEF is hosting a donor appreciation event on Saturday, 4/26 afternoon at the beautiful House Family Vineyard. Donors who contribute by Tuesday, 4/15 will receive an invitation and additional information about the Donor Appreciation Event. We hope to see you there! 

Please become a member of the Saratoga Historical Museum! 

The mission of the Saratoga Historical Foundation is to preserve the unique history of Saratoga for the education and enjoyment of the community. Your dues and contributions fund our activities and help keep the Saratoga History Museum open. As a member you'll be informed of the many educational and social activities associated with the museum, such as lectures on California or local histories, new exhibits in the museum, and walking tours. The Educational Programs in the museum directly benefit Saratoga schools. Each year, 450-500 school children visited our Museum. They are 2nd, 3rd and some 5th graders.

The museum is located at 20450 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, Saratoga. It's free to general public and opens Friday through Sunday. Please use the link below to become a member or make donations.
