About the Argonaut Marathon
The Argonaut Marathon is an in-person and virtual event for all members of the Argonaut community (students, their families and staff). Throughout the entire month of April, the Argonaut community is encouraged to make exercise a habit by logging miles on and off-campus, completing weekly challenges (like exploring a trail in one of our local parks), and more. Above all, this is a month full of fun and engagement, and is one that our community members have looked forward to annually since the first virtual marathon installment in 2020.
Where your donations go
Argonaut Elementary School relies on donations to support the development of its students. Some examples of this:
- Year-long on-campus programs: Art, Maker Space, Robotics, Project Cornerstone (a program that teaches socio-emotional skills), in-person author visits, and more.
- Campus community events: Math Olympiad, a musical production, science fair, variety show, and more.
- Supplies: Classroom resources, library books
About business promotion to our community
We offer three sponsorship tiers for businesses - bronze ($500 minimum), silver ($800 minimum), and gold ($1200 minimum). The graphic below details the promotional packages that come with each, but some examples are business logo inclusion on the Argonaut marathon t-shirt (distributed to all participants) and business banners displayed in high traffic areas on campus. Your support of this event will not only support our students, but will also promote your business to a desirable, local target audience.
